Microsoft will throttle outbound emails sent from default https://t.co/r8WudRm0ES domains starting mid-October 2025 and will complete by early June 2026.

Organizations sending outbound email from https://t.co/r8WudRm0ES domains will be subject to throttling limits:

1️⃣ Outbound email to external recipients will be capped at 100 messages per organization per 24-hour rolling window.
2️⃣ Once the limit is reached, senders will receive non-delivery reports (NDRs) with error code 550 5.7.236.
3️⃣ Internal and inbound email traffic will not be affected.
4️⃣ This change is on by default and does not require admin enablement.

Interesting find in message center. Why allow outbound email on the default domain, just block it and require a custom domain.

Microsoft Entra - June 2026: What's Changing

What's rolling out this month for Entra ID:

1️⃣ Account Recovery: a new self-service path for users to regain access, cutting down on lockouts and helpdesk tickets. (GA)

2️⃣ Account Discovery: surfaces local and orphaned accounts that have access to connected apps, so you can bring them under governance. (GA)

3️⃣ App Instance Lock: automatically enabled for new apps, protecting sensitive app properties from being changed outside their home tenant. Lowers app-takeover risk.

4️⃣ Entra Connect: stops "hard matching" on-prem objects to cloud accounts that hold Entra roles. If your sync relies on hard-match for admins, review it first.

AD Pro Toolkit 2.4.5 has been released.

Whats new:

- New Report No Links Enabled: This is a GPO report that shows GPOs that have all links disabled.
- Fixed: Can now edit existing scheduled task name.
- Fixed: Adding single user now correctly sets the co attribute
- Added: 2025 server to the computer OS reports.
- Added: Description to user management modify screen.
- Added: Double click on user management screen to modify an account.
- Added: Right menu click on user managed screen.
- Added: User cannot change password option on bulk import.
