Employer share of epf and accrued interest also falls in exclusions ( a) to( i) of the wage definition and hence, the same has to be considered while ascertaining the amount of exclusions to be added back to wages.1/2

It’s too late for Govt to issue such advisory. The damage is already done. Aadhar of almost every entrepreneur and employee is circulated and submitted with various authorities who are actually not authorised to receive it with full details printed on it. @UIDAI @PMOIndia

The utility to download ‘masked Aadhar’ having last 4 digits ought to be provided much before when the hue and cry about one’s privacy was in question before the Supreme Court. @UIDAI @PMOIndia
