@DLynchSport @GaaClare A few weeks ago we had 3-4 weeks visibility which was great and could plan a few weekends ahead. Lots of club people are involved with multiple teams especially underage and it’s hard to plan those games (typically blitz’s and challenges) without knowing when senior teams are out

@RTEUpfront @RoryHickey5 Well said @RoryHickey5 - it’s all about retention and everyone ‘gets a go’ at that age. Every club needs to build their conveyor belt of talent and our success as clubs and coaches should be measured on how many of those players go on to play adult hurling with their clubs
