Anybody having trouble switching energy suppliers away from @britishgas? All other suppliers say British Gas has failed to update the national meter database 2 years ago when they fitted my smart meters, yet British Gas say they have done it. Anybody else had this problem?

Thanks @virginmedia for the free “Upgrade” from M200 to M250, my download speed has gone from 209mbps to 165mbps, great job upgrading me to a slower connection.

Warning to @O2 and @virginmedia customers who are travelling abroad. When you get moved from ‘O2 Travel bolt-on’ to ‘Volt O2 Travel Inclusive bolt-on’, you will not be covered by either and will be charged. @O2 billed me £1104, then offered me £30 compensation for ruined holiday

@O2 why, when I have the travel bolt-on which should cost £6 per day outside the euro zone, am I being charged £848 for my first day in America? Would be helpful if you had support staff to chat to, the app just says they are not available. Warning to others going on holiday.

@BBCr4today Why is @UKLabour talking about bringing openreach into public ownership when very soon everybody will have a choice of space based broadband internet providers? As a tax payer I don’t want to pay for laying fibres that won’t be required in a few years.

@MINI I visited one of your main dealers today, saw the ‘cost price’ offers on cars in showroom, took a test drive, asked for a finance quote and was told the offers were no longer available, isn’t this false advertising? #lostsale
