The prices are becoming outrageous. This stretch in Texas is only about 15 miles and it costs $18.82

American says she always soaks her strawberries in a little baking soda and lets them sit

After only 1 hour she’s shocked to find the color seems to have washed right off. She says she has always done this with strawberries and this is new

She believes our food may be changing…..

Just for a little insight, I did look into this and found the red on strawberry is actually a water soluble pigment, so after a time in baking soda it could theoretically come off like this

It’s just strange because she says she does this all the time and has never experienced this

We have a cost to rent crisis. Many people are actually working and just can’t afford an apartment so they’re sleeping in their cars
