Just wrapped up a productive week in Florence at the EAAP Annual Meeting, where I presented our work (@INIA_es) on dairy cattle epigenetics. Special thanks to @EAAPofficial for the scholarship and to @nanopore for the travel bursary.
Happy to share the second paper of my thesis! In collaboration between @INIA_es and @CSIRO, we created a comethylation network to associate methylated positions in the genome of dairy calves with their mothers’ lactation status.
