@ysekkat@HeathrowAirport@FlySWISS Yes, that was seriously disappointing from @HeathrowAirport and @FlySWISS. Fortunately I was able to get my bag back thanks to Raymond from the check-in team who helpfully took me back into the baggage area otherwise who knows if I would ever have seen it again.
