@Qantas Late flight, missed connection, no one in Heathrow to get me on next plane. 28 hours of flying from SYD and lounge worker won't open the door to get me a boarding pass. No one answers phone. 7+ years platinum and flew bclass. I'm done. Never Qantas again. @acccgovau
