We just made two HUGE changes to Pumpfun
We’re INTRODUCING Holder Rewards and REMOVING Cashback mode
Now, Holder Reward tokens pay out rewards just by holding: for longer hold times, higher ceilings & communities that thrive
X’s policy wrecks Solana meme coin scammers by auto-locking accounts that post crypto content for the first time (requiring verification) and flagging >10k-follower accounts suddenly shilling tokens with no prior crypto history as hacks.
It kills their go-to playbook of hijacking profiles to instantly drop rug links or drain sites with instant credibility and zero friction, turning fast, high-ROI scams into failures before they pay off.
Anthropic accidentally leaked their entire source code yesterday. What happened next is one of the most insane stories in tech history.
> Anthropic pushed a software update for Claude Code at 4AM.
> A debugging file was accidentally bundled inside it.
> That file contained 512,000 lines of their proprietary source code.
> A researcher named Chaofan Shou spotted it within minutes and posted the download link on X.
> 21 million people have seen the thread.
> The entire codebase was downloaded, copied and mirrored across GitHub before Anthropic's team had even woken up.
> Anthropic pulled the package and started firing DMCA takedowns at every repo hosting it.
> That's when a Korean developer named Sigrid Jin woke up at 4AM to his phone blowing up.
> He is the most active Claude Code user in the world with the Wall Street Journal reporting he personally used 25 billion tokens last year.
> His girlfriend was worried he'd get sued just for having the code on his machine.
> So he did what any engineer would do.
> He rewrote the entire thing in Python from scratch before sunrise.
> Called it claw-code and Pushed it to GitHub.
> A Python rewrite is a new creative work. DMCA can't touch it.
> The repo hit 30,000 stars faster than any repository in GitHub history.
> He wasn't satisfied. He started rewriting it again in Rust.
> It now has 49,000 stars and 56,000 forks.
> Someone mirrored the original to a decentralised platform with one message, "will never be taken down."
> The code is now permanent. Anthropic cannot get it back.
Anthropic built a system called Undercover Mode specifically to stop Claude from leaking internal secrets. Then they leaked their own source code themselves. You cannot make this up.
What likely happened:
TOM's 2-year-old Solana wallet, originally created via a shady Trojan Telegram bot, was likely compromised at a deep level through lingering access or a vulnerable Axiom session (Axiom uses a backend-controlled P256 session signature via Turnkey that can enable sends and wallet exports without fresh user signatures). The attacker performed a manual direct transfer of ~1,103 SOL during his live stream, consistent with prior Axiom-related security concerns and the fact that he denied any recent downloads, links, or new connections while keeping the wallet hot for trading.
What he should have done to mitigate risk:
He should never have held such a large amount (~$91k) in a long-lived hot wallet tied to trading platforms, regularly offload profits and the bulk of funds to a hardware cold wallet (like Ledger), using the hot wallet only for small trading ammo with immediate transfers out after wins. Additionally, he should have generated fresh dedicated wallets for active sniping, frequently revoked all connections/approvals, enabled every security layer on Axiom (including 2FA and limits), and avoided reusing any wallet with questionable origins like the old Telegram bot.
Today, for first time i got drained live on stream for 1.1k SOL
not connected to anything didnt download anything
Have no clue how this happened.

ok another MAJOR issue that needs to be addressed in order for this space to move forward is how to provide better education and content as a whole to new users and outside audiences👇
the amount of misinformation that's been spread + how much hate people like orangie have gotten for transparently trading (and in this case even losing) shows how much work there is to be done
expanding on this issue, because there are so few doxxed creators that promote this space properly, that gap is currently being filled by people like this who are clearly misinformed and in turn are spreading more misinformation and false ideas to outside audiences that are hearing about this space for the first time
because of this, not only do we have to worry about how to market memecoins properly, we also have to worry about undoing the damage that has been done by other misinformed creators and bad actors in the space
I’m just a regular 9 to 5 worker trying to get by, scrolling TikTok after a long day.
Then I see this video about “Memescope Monday” apparently the golden opportunity to rinse money and get rich overnight.
So yeah… I went all in. Every single cent I had. Thought this was finally my moment. Like, this is it I’m gonna make it.
And now I’m sitting here staring at my screen wondering… what the actual fuck is going on?
58 seconds
That's how long memecoins on Solana are held in 2026
Was 100 seconds in 2025, and a full day in 2024
If you're still holding
Someone faster already used you as exit liquidity, lol...
With all the buzz about Memescope Monday, we can at least safely say it will be a lot of trading volume - something we haven’t seen in awhile. Hopefully the volume sticks all month.
Out with Talk Shows, in with Propaganda Podcasts: Mainstream Media’s Next Project
Talk shows are dying. Late-night ratings collapsed in 2025. Colbert’s show ends May 2026. Viewership for Kimmel, Fallon and others keeps dropping hard.
Mainstream outlets pivot to podcasts. Long-form audio feels personal and raw. They flood it with polished interviews and narratives that push the same old lines.
Cheaper to produce. Always available. Harder to skip or fact-check. Listeners get the illusion of depth while gatekept messaging rolls on.
This isn’t adaptation. It’s rebranding control for the on-demand era.
Your commute, workout, or downtime now doubles as their echo chamber.
Spot it before it owns your feed.
This change fosters a more transparent and predictable environment on the attention-driven meme coin market, encouraging stickier liquidity, higher-conviction buying, and potentially more sustainable $1M+ MC runners by making launches feel less like obvious manipulation traps, while supporting modest recovery in trading volume through improved long-term participation.
PRO: These proposed https://t.co/F438hNoZgo reforms would significantly reduce sniper bots and early developer dumps, creating a fairer launch environment for genuine memecoin participants.
CON: Adding a 1 SOL deployment fee and a mandatory 5-minute developer sell lock would dramatically increase barriers to entry and kill the low-friction, high-velocity meme culture that made https://t.co/F438hNoZgo explode in popularity.
The fix is coming. Starting tomorrow, all deploys will:
• cost 1 SOL to deploy
• developers cannot sell for atleast 5 minutes
• every coin needs to use unique ticker

GREAT NEWS: The SEC's March 17, 2026, Release 33-11412 classifies meme coins as non-security digital collectibles driven by cultural hype and community demand, removing major regulatory fears and unleashing explosive social media virality, FOMO, and trading momentum that supercharges attention markets.
A Solana trading tool exposed 25+ Axiom Exchange KOLs running dozens of hidden "bundle" wallets that enter the same tokens simultaneously, hinting at coordinated multi-wallet manipulation.
why do i clip half and the chart genuinely goes down 60% like am i supposed to just one clip my 2% i have no motion on buys but this happens everytime i sell i stg
