If you are using cecilifier, I highly recommend checking the staging server; for example, right now there are 10 fixes/improvements that are included in that server but not in the `production` one yet. Just keep in mind that from time to time I break staging badly :)

@mkatsydan @Lucas_Trz @KooKiz Fun fact: I've just hit this problem while I am adding support for *inline arrays* which requires a call to `https://t.co/9stMSKdhgw()` method so I am experimenting on how to fix that while introducing the minimal amount of changes possible.

@mkatsydan @Lucas_Trz @KooKiz you just need to keep in mind that that fix is not 100% correct since it assumes *all types* that reports `System.Private.CoreLib.dll` as its declaring assembly as being available in `netstandard` assembly (which is not correct, but good enough for now)
