@moving_charlie This is one of the benefits of having a corporate landlord, a level of professionalism and resources to manage the property properly. Being a landlord is a responsibility, it’s not just about collecting rent.
@AlanJLSmith Properties don’t disappear once they are sold. And corporate landlords aren’t that bad, all my emails and queries are answered within 24 hours and when something breaks it’s fixed in a timely fashion. It’s been my best experience of renting via a corporate
