@GoodwinMJ Is it surprising that people feel angry when so many social media posts are designed to create such anger? They are full of falsehoods and statements of what's wrong with very few suggestions as to how we can all live harmoneously together.
@Jenny_1884 We're all different. I have no problem using a bar code or being served by a waitress/waiter. Do what you feel comfortable doing. It's no big deal.
@alexarmstrong This is surely a plus given that the UK has largely given up teaching foreign languages. When these pupils finish their education, they will be able to conduct business in foreign countries and benefit the UK.
@AbbyJohnson How can you possibly know what another woman feels? What on earth makes you believe that all women are the same? You're effectively saying that any woman who claims to feel differently to you is a liar.
@DrCalumMiller As an atheist who would support a secular state, I would oppose any "Christian revolution." What would it even mean given that we already have an established church?
@trussliz Let's just hand them back. We'll generate goodwill and few people will notice they've gone. Maybe we can negotiate to view them free of charge on presentation of a British passport.
@misspaulalondon@marksandspencer Hunger is more likely to correlate with the difference between how much you're used to eating and how much you've recently eaten, rather than your size.
@Sandford_Police Many of these canisters are left lying around the streets where I live. What are they? Have they replaced the small shiny canisters which used to be on the streets?
@danwootton It's not completely unsafe.
I step out on the streets every day and have never been mugged.
I step out every day with an expensive watch and have never been killed.
Why are you dissing this great city? I'm a resident and have never regretted my decision to move here.
@NoContextBrits The bus in the picture has passengers. Is it the bus that was stolen or is The Telegraph just helpfully showing us what a double-decker bus looks like?
@MarkCrypto8@CharlieM_OBE So you'd pay two people to do the job of one: the person on benefits doing the work and another to supervise them? Is that cost effective?
@CPhilpOfficial Are you saying that this has only started during the last 12 months? Otherwise I would have expected the Tory government to deal with it.
