@PaulPester I think this gives your customers an insight into what you'll accept as 'good' customer service. Fire you IT Director, Fire your Media/PR Director, neither are helping you and then resign yourself for being unable to resolve or give confidence in a timely manner
@TSB really really simple question, when can i gain access to my account so i can CLOSE it and transfer elsewhere. This from a customer of over 40 years. You should be ashamed of your poor service surely a bank of your size didn't go into this change without a fallback position?
