Started this morning w/Yoga session held by Trainer Emiko, pigeon pose felt a bit stiff on left leg which may caused by yesterday’s RUN.
Then joined to my Yogi sis session held by Ms. Adria, practicing “ Danda”, was awesome as always , I call this Yummy 😋

This morning, the temp still too hot for me to Run 🏃‍♀️
So as a yogi (blink blink😉) stick w/ Yama’s , I’ve decided not to run the long time 40 mins session and took time to breath with beautiful Ms.Adria @AdriaRun #whatabliss

Last night I had a very bad nightmare , woke up around 2AM even knowing that I had to rest enough before join 60 mins Run 🏃‍♀️.You made me to let it out which was my answer to your question. #OM🕉

Definitely my Yoga sensei In Tokyo is checking my post on Instagram which is very good to know and now I’m proud of myself since it was a hard journey to find yoga teachers who suits my schedule and condition .I bet she is happy to know I’m continuing my long journey @AdriaRun🕉
