People keep repeating that “Lindsay’s DNA wasn’t on the exercise band, only Patrick’s was.”

That is not what the DNA evidence said.

Both sides stipulated that DNA from Lindsay, Patrick and all three children was associated with the ends of the blue exercise band.

So no — you cannot accurately claim Lindsay was excluded from that band while Patrick was included.

And Patrick’s DNA being there is not some unexplained smoking gun. He testified that he untied and removed the bands after finding the children while trying to save them.

Read the actual evidence, not TikTok conspiracy theories.
