I have just had a deeply unfortunate interaction with your complaints team who demonstrated a clear unwillingness to help a paying customer.
I am writing in the hopes that I can be put through to a human who would be willing to help me. Cheers
@JustEatUK I placed an order and after two hours I had to cancel it as it was nowhere to be seen. It then arrived an hour after I cancelled it. Every member of staff I've spoken to said they can't help me get a refund. Is this not a shameful way to run a business?
