@totalplaymx @Profeco @Profeco #profeco Totalplay Limita a propósito la velocidad de navegación/descarga hacia sus clientes durante HORAS y varios días en ocaciones, dando como resultado que no estén entregando el producto que uno contrata con ellos. Anuncian/prometen una cosa y luego no la cumplen.

@totalplaymx Uno les llega con la queja y describe el problema y siempre te ponen las mismas preguntas y después de contestarles te tardan en responder demasiado y salen con su " reinicie el router", cuando eso no hará que quite el limitante que ellos mismos ponen en la velocidad @Profeco

@TotalplayAyuda @totalplaymx @Profeco Esta es la 2da o 3ra vez en ESTE AÑO, metieron el pretexto que me aumentaron de precio mi plan para aumentar y mejorar mi internet pero siguen haciendo de nuevo lo mismo, NO CUMPLIENDO con la velocidad que dicen, esta vez se supone que son 500MB y no llega ni 1% de eso #profeco
