@tessl_io watched your presentation at AIDevCon and got this output .The feedback is mostly a rubric mismatch — tessl is judging this as a model-invoked skill, but yours isn't one. Here's my read, section by section:
The Description critique (33%) is largely moot. Your skill has disable-model-invocation: true, so it only fires when you type /handoff. Everything the judge wants — "Use when..." clauses, trigger-term synonyms like "compress context", distinctiveness from summarization skills — exists to help a model decide when to auto-select a skill. Since the model never makes that decision here, stuffing the description with trigger vocabulary would add noise for zero benefit. The description's only job is to read clearly in your skill list, and it does.
The frontmatter warning is a false positive. The "unknown keys" are argument-hint and disable-model-invocation — both valid Claude Code frontmatter that tessl's schema simply doesn't know about. Don't remove them; removing disable-model-invocation would actually change behavior (the skill would start auto-triggering).
The Content critiques (73%) are a mixed bag:
- "Add a verification step to confirm the file was written" — unnecessary in Claude Code. The Write tool errors loudly on failure; a silent loss isn't a real failure mode here. This is generic-agent advice that doesn't apply to your harness.
- "Number the steps explicitly" — marginal. The skill is 13 lines of body; the sequence is obvious. Cheap to do, but I wouldn't call it a gap.
- "Add a template for the handoff document" — this is the one suggestion with real merit. Right now every handoff's structure is improvised, so docs from different sessions will look different and the reading agent can't rely on where anything is. A light skeleton (goal, current state, decisions made, open items, suggested skills, artifact references) would make outputs consistent without over-constraining. I'd keep it loose — a rigid template fights the reality that handoffs vary a lot by conversation.
So: I'd ignore the 61% score, and the one change worth making is adding a brief output skeleton to the skill body. Want me to add it?

Nearly 23K stars for a collection of markdown files I wrote
I guess they must be pretty good
I want to invest more time in this repo. So, folks who starred it, what can I do to make these skills more obvious to you?
- A docs site for the skills?
- Send them to plugin marketplaces?
Help me help you

@jasonfried Thank you for your great work🙇🏽♂️🙏🏽. I have been inspired by your company philosophy. Thank you for open source upright which i recently implemented for our company!
This is a really thoughtful reflection. I didn’t intend to watch the whole thing, but I ended up doing it anyway.
AI is like playing a hard game you can’t beat with cheat codes on. It’s amazing at first, but it becomes boring very quickly.
But worse than that, it does something to your brain that ruins the game. If you turn the cheat codes off, you become acutely aware that you’re now struggling unnecessarily. You can’t forget how easy it was, but you don’t want it to be that easy because it takes all the fun out of it, but now the inability to unsee what you’ve seen creates a tension that causes you to lose interest in even continuing to play.
The magic is gone. You’ve broken the spell.
AI is doing this to life. And the societal consequences are going to be enormous.
Post-Skype replacement threads are still everywhere.
What people actually need: reliable calls to banks, consulates, support lines, and landlines abroad.
That practical gap is why we’re building Mobayilo:

@rutaagayire@dutweets Since they don't have an email, your best bet is calling over data/Wi-Fi to avoid the bill. Check out https://t.co/xHvwKFtG27—it's a modern way to call international support lines from your browser without the standard telecom fees. Safe travels!
Need to reach a bank, consulate, support desk, or landline abroad tonight?
Mobayilo gives you simple, reliable outbound international calling when app-to-app tools can’t.
No friction. Just connect.

I feel you—standard telecom support can be a nightmare. I actually built https://t.co/ugogHrSOqX for exactly this reason: to help people bypass those support loops and high prices when calling internationally. Give it a shot if you're stuck; it might save you some stress while you're porting out.
@Ritu139979Ritu@qatarairways Hope you can get your issue sorted out on time for your exam. If you can't call the customer care service but still has wifi/data, Mobayilo gives you a low-cost way to place calls.
