1) ROC Due Date - Portal not working

2) IT Revised Return Due Date - Orignal ITR not processed, So Revised cannot file

3) Foreign Assets - Even Taxpayer dont know details of ESOP/Stock, Hence not possible to Update

4) GSTR 9/9C - Not yet done due to Date Extend of ITR / Tax Audit, Very less time

अब होना यही है, की असल में कोई भी काम पूरा नहीं होगा और सरकार को पेनल्टी के नाम पर खूब पैसा मिलेगा

Kindly extend due date to file GSTR 9 and 9C till Feb 28, 2026. It is practically not possible to complete with many new changes. Only people working on the ground will know. Extend today.

Despite extension of original ITR due dates to 16-09 / 10-12-25 the deadline for belated & revised returns remains 31-12-25.
For audit cases, this leaves 21 days, while many returns remain unprocessed

The statutory right of revision is effectively diluted @IncomeTaxIndia

👉 Extension of Non-Audit ITR due to tech delays has already cut short audit time.
👉 ITR utilities were released very late, compressing the entire filing season.
👉 Adjoining due dates for ITR & Tax Audit create unnecessary clashes and stress.
