It is beyond anyone's imagination that a President's NRI awardee with an unblemished naval record & for no fault his can be sent to jail & yes my brother Cdr Purnendu Tiwary aged 65 years with various ailments B.P. , blood sugar etc besides on account of solitary confinement for a year is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder ( P.T.S.D.) is now languishing in Jail in Doha (Qatar) Thanks to MEA who on account of his travel ban had left him alone in Doha while others returned though all 8 were pardoned by His Highness Emir of Qatar due to untiring efforts of our Hon'ble P.M. ( Modiji Hai to Mumkin hai).

MEA continues to say that he has some paper formalities to complete but it has been long 22 months when other 7 returned back while my brother continue to suffer in Doha & new cases were stitched out of 1st case which should technically be closed as pardon has been given for the case.

My brother was an employee of the firm i.e. technical Head & not the owner of the firm & has no role in any of these cases including the 1st case but has been suffering for last three & a half years for none of his fault .He has now been sent to jail which is life threatening for him on account of his medical condition.

Repeated humble request of the sister with folded hands to our Hon'ble P.M. of India/Hon'ble EAM to kindly intervene urgently pl so as to bring back my brother, the 8th Navy veteran Cdr Purnendu Tiwary back to India at the earliest as also claimed by His Excellency pl.
