“Worst service from @AirIndia! My early morning flight was cancelled last minute with no prior notice or communication. Not only did it cause inconvenience but also wasted my time and money. No compensation offered. Has to be one of the worst experiences ever!#worstairlineservice
The refund also has now become a task because I need to contact @ixigo and get the refund myself. @airindiain has been of no help. I am currently sitting outside the airport and am not even allowed to check in because counters open 5hr before departure.
