@SafaricomET I’m honestly surprised and frustrated by the support. Can’t sign up for M-Pesa, app won’t read code and no manual option to enter. Shops couldn’t help, told me to call 733. Support hung up mid-explanation and sounded annoyed. Unacceptable.
