I need help regarding train reservations. Actually my wife is traveling from Delhi to Chennai after more than a month (in Sep) with my 3 years old daughter. Her ticket is confirmed as Side Upper seat in AC2 Coach in Rajdhani Train (12434) (PNR no. Shared in DM ).

@IRCTCofficial When I booked the tickets 45 seats were available and I thought I would be my choice of Lower seat, however the seat allotted is Side Upper. It will be very tough for her to manage with a kid on the side upper seat alone.
I could not understand your algorithm.
