@Retlouping In my experience, I usually find that these types of exercises are created by trainers who are trying to appear as though they have a deeper understanding of training. When in reality, they're just exercises that make no sense and increase the risk of injury.
New Brunswick's healthcare system is broken. Don't be fooled by the right or left into thinking they have a magic wand that will fix it. Government, Horizon and Vitalite are to blame. Citizens need to take matters into their own hands and protest in order for things to change.
