@MyIndianBank There is no category/sub category related to my concern in your complainant form. So my complaint can't be submitted. The issue is simple, why is the app asking for re-registration to proceed further. What should the user do in this case?

@MyIndianBank I have installed your indOASIS app and have even performed transactions through it. Yesterday, when I tried to login it was showing a connectivity issue. Today, after typing the MPIN the app is asking to re-register to proceed further.
Is it a technical glitch?
