I think many of us will miss this subliminal hope that we have had all the years for getting new Indiana Jones movies, since we were teenagers. Now this hope definitely ends , - but at least we get another one end of June. And it means a world to many of us. Am I right?
The prequel to
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
I was waiting for this since I saw Temple of Doom as a teenager.
Watch out for adventure:

Sadly, Phil Tippett is closing up the old Grayson Street studio and selling off props & memorabilia.
This is the exact building where Phil's crew made my life mask (see photo) & we also filmed our STARSHIP TROOPERS toy commercial spoof (IFYKYK). Thank you for some amazing memories, Phil ❤️
And if you live in the Berkeley/Bay Area, stop by the studio. Even if you don't buy anything, I assure you you're walking thru film history. Oh, if the walls of that building could talk! 🎬👍
Click on the link below, and you can at least see some of the photos of what's available:

@MatthewModine Thanks for sharing this personal stuff.
I enjoy Cutthroat Island more than Pirates of the Caribbean, because for me Cutthroat Island is more a real pirate-adventure-movie (without ghosts 👻) and I even prefer the soundtrack. 😃

This four-part German-French-Romanian TV series, my favorite adaptation of Jack London’s "The Sea-Wolf", was one of the defining experiences of my childhood that sparked my interest in adventure films.
Who among you is also familiar with this adaptation?
@IndyJonesfive@IndianaJones@Lucasfilm@propstore_com I didn't recognize this before: Indy wears a camera in this artwork which looks similar to the camera Indy is using in the actual game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
Could it be that this was the inspiration for Bethesda?
@IndyJonesfive I'm wondering why he used the tag line "If adventure has a name, it must be Indiana Jones" which was established with Temple of Doom for the Raiders Poster.
Marvel Comics reveals a new era of Indiana Jones storytelling at San Diego Comic-Con!
'Indiana Jones and the Sword of Pandemonium,' a five-issue limited series by writer Jason Aaron and artist Aaron Kuder, launches an all-new era of comic book adventures for the iconic archaeologist, set during the timeline of the original groundbreaking films. 🧵⬇️

45 years after his first cinematic adventure, our favorite archaeologist is coming back in comic book form. Indiana Jones and the Sword of Pandemonium is on sale from Marvel Comics this December.

On the very same weekend!
Why does it have to be on the day of my youngest daughter's first day of school, of all days?
So, unfortunately, I won't be able to attend.
But take a look at the fantastic poster for the Adventurer's Summit 2026 in Germany.

Finally I found a main reason why I had a bad feeling about the promotion for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
Without realising it, the whingeing German singer Udo Lindenberg was constantly on my mind whenever Indiana Jones-portraits like these turned up.
🚨TEXAS SWITCH ALERT!🚨
Actor Ronald Lacey disappears behind the wooden pillar and is sneakily replaced by stunt double Romo Gorrara for the jump out the window.
Blink and you'll miss it! One of the many hidden practical effects in RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK.
A very impressive quote from "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull", because it's so true.
