2⃣4⃣|The GDPR states people are entitled to data portability; the transferability of personal data. This is what they call the 'right to transfer data'. It means people have the right to receive the personal information an organisation has of them and use it for other purposes.

2⃣3⃣|In the agreement you need to record the following: the subject and the duration of data processing; the nature and purpose of the data processing; the type of personal data; the categories of people involved; and the rights and obligations of the controller.

2⃣2⃣|When you engage other parties to process personal data for you, you must conclude a 'processor-agreement'. With this you exclude that the other party may process the data for its own purposes. You may only engage processors that guarantee that they meet legal requirements.

2⃣1⃣ | An industry or sector can draw up a code of conduct for the way in which it deals with personal data. In the code of conduct, the industry or sector makes the standards from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) more clear and specific.

2⃣0⃣ | Yes, it is. The government was already obliged to take into account the results of a DPIA, at the moment it’s called a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), when developing new legislation. All other organisations are not yet obliged to perform a (D) PIA.

1⃣9⃣|According to the GDPR, organisations can be obliged to carry out a data protection impact assessment (DPIA). This is an instrument for mapping the privacy risks of a data processing system in advance. And if needed take measures to reduce those risks.
