Q5: Based on cuts I wasn't able to attend conferences, but we did a lot of good things in house to network and develop each other. #acadv

Q3: I encourage students to think of questions and come ready to talk about experience/plan/goals. I meet students where they are at. #acadv

Q2: I try to stay in the moment with students. Address what they're looking to address and move/plan from there as time allows. #acadv
