किसी ने कह दिया ABP न्यूज़ ने बिना तथ्य, तर्क समझे उससे छाप दिया। फलाहारी बाबा ने कहा कि विराट कोहली को 5 करोड़ में प्रेमानंद जी के आश्रम में बुलाया गया था, तब खबर छपने और डालने से पहले ABP न्यूज़ के मन में ये सवाल क्यों नहीं आए कि:-

- तो क्या 5-6 बार विराट-अनुष्का को 5 करोड़ में बुलाया जा बुलाया जा सकता है?

- विराट की ब्रांड वैल्यू इतनी कम है कि वो पैसे में जाएँगे तो 6-7 बार सिर्फ़ 5 करोड़ में?

- प्रेमानंद महाराज के सामने अनुष्का रो पड़ीं थीं, तो क्या इस भक्ति को इस आंसू को भी अलग से चार्ज किए गए थे?

- क्या विराट-अनुष्का की भक्ति-आस्था-श्रद्धा का मोल सिर्फ 5 करोड़ है?

- ABP न्यूज़ व्यूज के लिए कुछ भी मत छापिए।

BAD News-

CBDT Advocate didnt come in RTCA writ Rajasthan today as his family member was unwell.

Next date, tomorrow for final instructions.

Now CBDT got two time extension as first they were not prepared for reply and now Advocate is unwell

But we CAs cant ask for extension even if it cost us family, health

Dear @narendramodi Ji
Around 60 organisation wrote to @IncomeTaxIndia and @nsitharaman for extension of tax audit due date from 30 sep to 31 Oct.
Even 50% work has not been completed till date.
This happened because of shifting due date of Non audit ITR.
Kindly take note of this many taxpayers and tax professionals are suffering

🚨 Rajasthan HC Update

Rajasthan HC has asked CBDT to issue clear instructions today itself on whether the Tax Audit due date is being extended or not.

The Court also observed that this issue should not be stretched till the last date.

And then came the biggest point - the Court told RTCA that if CAs are facing difficulties, it is the responsibility of ICAI to approach the High Court, since Tax Audit is primarily carried out by Chartered Accountants.

Now, let’s see what CBDT decides.
