दरअसल #DogLovers होना एक मानसिक बीमारी है, ऐसे लोगों पागलखाने में आजीवन ईलाज के लिए भेजने की जरूरत है।
आम इंसानों के बीच इनके लिए कोई जगह नहीं होना चाहिए।
कुत्तों के अधिकार��ं के मद्देनजर कुत्ते पालने पर प्रतिबंध लगाना बेहद जरूरी है।
कुत्तों के रखने के लिए आवश्यक नियम बनाने चाहिए।
