GST Council Meeting Expection Part 1

इस 22th को होने वाली जीएसटी कौंसिल मीटिंग में सरकार को इन सब इशू पर विचार करके टैक्सपेयर को राहत देनी चाहिए

1) Section 16(4) का टाइम लिमिट FY 1718 1819 के लिए हटा देना चाहिए, अगर हटाये नहीं, तो इसको Oct की जगह 30th Nov कर देना चाहिए, मतलब बजट 2022 में जो टाइम लिमिट बढ़ा, उसको Retro FY 1718 से लागू करना चाहिए

2) GST Reg और Reg Cancelled की एक full fledge SOP जारी करनी चाहिए, अभी चूँकि इसका कोई SOP नहीं है तो हर अधिकारी की अपनी ढपली अपना राग हो रहा है
