Day 4: Still no response from @CollectorBhopal or the Administration. Despite clear evidence of assault and sheer incompetence of the department, my appeal to the authorities have fallen to deaf ears.
I am not letting it go, I'll drag them to court if I have to.

Furthermore, upon talki g to your 'customer care' the fraud executive by name of Praveen Tudu fraudulently cancelled my order without my consent. Now the price of the product has increased. Except a Consumer case if the product is not delivered to me for Rs39, 620/-.

I had placed an order of PS5 26.07.23 with delivery date of 27.07.23, it was arbitrarily extended to 31.07.23 without giving any reason. Even till now my order is not delivered.
