@AzureSupport Hi, I have the working pipeline now. Connectivity from LogicApp to SQL established successfully.
I got the structure of ParameterValueSet than ParameterValues. Correction made for userid and password which is missing in JSONView window.

@AzureSupport @AzureDevOps, SQL Auth fails in LogicApp that's deployed successfully. The error at runtime - BadGateway, Invalid Cast Exception JObject to JToken. Succeeded when LogicApp created manually. Is failure at "path" for encodeURIComponent in LogicApp? How to correct?
