@MikeTosetto One other thing that I've seen people do is more frequent progress payments. So, when it comes to final delivery you're just waiting for a final 10%. Regularly billing in weekly / fortnightly increments keeps your cashflow more stable. Helps if you don't want to 'withhold'.
