@msolurin omg a MEDICAL document asked me about my sex in a professional MEDICAL environment using scientific MEDICAL language. to steal OP's words: "God forbid" (how did she think that was a legitimate argument against inclusive language??)

"but" u say "she wouldn't've tried to leave a loving sibling behind!"
Wrong! A scared, abused kid would run away w/her savior. esp if he made a (fake) promise they'd come back to save them ALL one day. One easily believed lie would've fixed that plothole
u know I really didn't like: el remembered moment of BIRTH & that memory is what won vs Vecna. excuse fucking me?? maybe if she had actual loving siblings in the lab & she remembered not all 17 of them were bullies & NONE deserved to die like that it'd've been a stronger scene??
17? 16? other children and she didn't have a good relationship with ONE of them? it would've made more sense she forgot her tragically murdered loving sibling(s) rather than she dug up a MEMORY OF HER OWN BIRTH & then immediately forgot it bcuz trauma?? what?
the most complicated research of book 2 so far: what do they call a swift in Spanish?
No, bing translate, I don't mean the ADJECTIVE, I MEAN THE BIRD, no, don't translate "swift bird" just the SWIFT! the bird called swift! ffs!!! #tfe#amwriting
@mrkhmusic very true. a few scenes just didn't come together until I character boarded or finalized backstory. I should've known better but i jumped the gun๐
my next book is going to have # of POVs!! To help my adhd brain get thru it all, I separated each POV into its own document, then broke it down by each important scene & its purpose. How do you other multiPOV writers do it?? ๐ฏ #amwriting#writingq#WritingCommunity
@NicoleCLindsay my main character is a dragon and he keeps licking the air/his lips instead of sniffing or LOOKING (the best part is he's trying to pretend he's human and he's very very bad at it)
@jessiegender wow how cool that these people were tear gassed for protesting an actual violation of their rights before even a single window was broken but armed PB got INSIDE the capitol๐คฌ sure, same fucking thing, Arizona
