@bt_uk He did advise there is a delay as there’s a prob with it outside the building (not his fault) but if it was all good to go and if I needed cables run to get the tv service why aren’t we told this would need another call out? And therefore another delay, seems like poor service!

Starting to regret going with @bt_uk already.. original setup appointment pushed back a week, then engineer sets up landline but says cannot set up broadband hub or tv services as its part of another company!?! How does that work?! 🤷🏻‍♂️ #useless
