Anyone that take trading seriously will know that variance hits you in the wrong way every once in a while. Just how it is. Same with poker. If someone is losing 4-5 trades in a row, publicly on ct, it says nothing about that persons trading abilities. It can be the greatest trader ever, but he's just in a losing streak. These losses mean nothing with good bankroll management. It's just another day in the life of a trader.
We're playing a game of probabilities here, which means that we will be wrong A LOT. But if you have edge, you're winning long-term, which is what matters. Many of your favorite traders on here have 40% win-rate, for an example, while they're absolutely crushing it PnL wise. A few public losses in a row do not mean that someone is bad.
So, with this in mind, the trades that people post here isn't that valuable (as they can easily be wrong on the few trades they share publicly out of 1000s they're taking themselves). What is valuable is learning the thought process, and method that traders are using to find trades, and execute on trades, etc. Learning golden nuggets that can be applied to your own system. Those are the good accounts to follow. Not chartoors that have a line on their charts and say: Buy this.
It's absolutely insane that I even have to tweet this, but watching other people get hammered with nonsense comments over this past year, it seems like this isn't well known.
@MoneyPrinter0x you are shilling a 55mio mc coin to 30k people and post it going up in 2 hours like it's magic, great edge continue making your followers buy your bags
clarity reject, rate hike, bonds falling, quantum fud, ai breaking cryptography fud, yet we are higher than we were a month ago.
we’ll be climbing a wall of worry for the next 3 years and u will be sidelined.
How fud goes in crypto:
- It lands when coins already wanted to roll over. The chart was weak and the fud takes the blame.
- The most potent fud is the kind nobody can verify. Right now no one can tell you whether AI can break elliptic curves, or when. You can't prove it. You can't rule it out either. That's what gives it legs.
- The shock hits. People panic and timelines fill up with worst case engagement farming.
- Over the next few days the sensible takes arrive. Logic wins and the world doesn't end.
- Price ends up where it was going anyway. The only real change is that people who blasted the highs capitulate.
None of this means the risk is zero. It means the market reaction follows a script, and the script tells you almost nothing about the risk itself.
The sensible take is that the same maths secures the whole internet. Banking, messaging, every HTTPS connection. If a break were imminent, the people with the best information would be in emergency mode. They're not.
32% airdrop and people are still crying about dilution, most people assumed the first drop would be around 25%, now you get 32% your dilution will be offset by this and this only assuming you stop trading there. I won't. People don't learn and will jeet below 1B FDV.
Well we went up, but it‘s still so weak, it had 100 attempts and still barely breaks out, not a fan of these wicks. Really doesn‘t make sense to me to trade it when there is stuff like hype/lit/near and even btc looking much cleaner.

tagged the box, should be bottom. Otherwise this gets a complete reset to 0.05 at which point it would be a failed meme imo. Stuff like wif was not too long at this valuations last cycle.
