Racism is discrimination resulting in institutionalized oppression. White people are not and cannot be oppressed by POC because we are the oppressors. Men = same based on gender.

I find the bathroom debate tiresome because if you look like a woman no one cares if you are in the woman's restroom. This does not extend to sports.
