The Electric Prism design background and links to source code / files are live on my new website! Check it out at https://t.co/gwLSigHHaW
p.s. look at the cool shadows it casts in rainbow mode!
Yesterday, on π, I shared an example of how to use #ChipsOnAStick to make an inline voltage divider. Check it out: https://t.co/Ol08gZiD3h
If it looks interesting to you, check out the product page for #ChipsOnAStick in my @tindie store! https://t.co/nwg2zPfR0L

My macro setup is getting even more ridiculous so please enjoy this updated video of a WS2812 RGB LED doing the blinky. This time the driver IC is a lot more in focus.

Has anybody succeeded in making their own custom bubble mailers? I couldn't resist trying a quick 3D printed stamp but I think this project was a fail. The texture of the mailer is probably too uneven for any type of stamp to work.
Looks like I'll stick to plain mailers (1/2)
Received my first Tindie order for #ChipsOnAStick (π) and realized that I did not document the available footprints! Made a diagram tonight which I'm adding to the product page. The footprints range from 0201 to 1206, plus a 2835 footprint available on the back side for an LED
Just used @ScoppyScope to double check the peak voltage of an RC receiver PWM signal. Pretty amazing - a @Raspberry_Pi pico + an Android device + USB OTG cable and you have a scope for simple tasks like this. For a hobbyist like me, this is pretty handy!
For clarity, here's a pic of the whole setup. My last Android phone, a USB OTG cable, a $4 RPi Pico, and a 10:1 voltage divider between the Pico and the measured signal for safety. I used my Chips on a Stick board to make the voltage divider.
I needed a quick video of the pick and place running. I grabbed some past clips, cut them up, speed them up a bit, but I did not actually listen to the audio. I think I created a new genre of music.

Okay! π
I want to spend the new few months focusing on building an interactive, open source, browser-based KiCAD file viewer.
I'm looking for sponsorship to make that happen, and I'd love if you'd consider it. Here's a link to the (1/2)
My first ever product in my first ever Tindie store, "underproofed electronics". I hope others find this tiny breakout board to be as useful as I have! Really excited to see what the future holds as a Tindie seller!
Several years ago, I had moment of frustration/clarity and decided to design a kind of tiny "breakout board" for testing passive SMT components on a breadboard. I called it Chip(s) on a Stick. I was excited to share it with the world and ordered a few hundred boards. (π§΅)
I also created a configuration guide to show some of the ways in which Chips on a Stick can be used. One of my favorite uses so far has been as a voltage divider or RC filter inside a wiring harness. It can be used in the same way on a breadboard.
