apple turned this into an api in ios 26. ConcentricRectangle reads the container's corner and works out the inner radius for you. their docs say the number can come out zero, and then the corner is square

two rounded corners only look parallel when the inner radius is the outer one minus the padding

a card with radius 16 and padding 16 wants a square corner on the thing inside it. round that to 16 as well and the gap runs 16 down the edges and 22.6 across the corner
