@shashank_kr Hi Shashank, Has #RazorPay stopped supporting SMEs just starting out. We registered but with no response for the last few days. Maybe you have enough large customers so the focus on SMEs is gone. Not sure how many people are facing such issues.

It is not as easy as they show on TV.

HIRING is not difficult because many engineers are looking for jobs.

But RETENTION is difficult because many engineers are quitting their jobs.

I feel the focus has to shift from hiring to retention.

20% on hiring & 80% on retention.

Why #Netflix is not a popular choice in India? Because in India if someone dies in a family then neighbors and friends help with many things. The grieving members usually don't do anything except grieve. Netflix does not understand the culture of India and that is where it fails.
