@virginmedia Earlier this morning. I’m waiting for the pre-install team to come and do external work. They failed to turn up yesterday, so I rang the call centre twice today and they said the pre-install team would call me back in an hour but they haven’t called me back either
@virginmedia Engineers haven’t turned up, my contract has been cancelled and I’ve been transferred to multiple teams who can’t help - been a customer for 15 years, may need to reconsider
