hey @Lowes, thanks for ruining my and my wife's entire day by promising to deliver a fridge today bet. 9 and 1, only for us to discover - at 3PM, after HOURS on the phone with your customer service - that the fridge was sitting at the store, with no plans to deliver today.

And this is after screwing up the *first* delivery time by promising to deliver between 12 and 4 yesterday when I ordered, then the night before inexplicably shifting the delivery window to 9-12 yesterday, leaving us no time to actually empty the existing fridge.

@abbysyarns Thoughts on Mastodon/Fediverse? Far from perfect but seems to me to be the best of Twitter with the technical advantages (and some disadvantages) of USENET. Post strikes me as basically Twitter with less offensive ownership - at the moment.
