@SunCoastChief Many reported cases of someone “not inside” or “everyone out”, resulting in someone actually inside. Even if that victim “might” be inside, that’s our job! That’s the risk we signed up for. Wonder how the public would feel to know their firefighters “might” come & rescue them !

We talk about Search Size Up and getting to the egress points where victims will likely try to exit in a fire. This video is a good example of getting to the rear entry/exit that is closest to the fire and getting a GRAB. Great job by these Grass Valley, CA police officers.
