Today was one of those days when everything felt piled on top of everything else. Every time I tried to solve one problem, another one came up, and I did not even know what to prioritize.

While I was in the city, one of my personnel passed out during her duty, so I had to step in, cover her shift, and close the store myself.
On top of that, none of the stores I manage were able to beat last year’s peak sales, which added more pressure.
