@AmericanAir My plane for Milan to Miami flight last Sun (May 19) was an ANTIQUE!! 10 hour flight, but no movie screens! Also no charging stations so my electronics died and I was unable to work. So old ashtrays in each armrest - smoking banned years ago! Everyone complaining.

@AmericanAir Expected a better explanation than that! We didn’t even feel safe in that old plane. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Friends just flew old AA plane Miami/Milan to meet us in Italy. Problem with AC & air pressure. Had to turn around after 2 hours & return to Miami - and dump fuel on the way back. Freaked out!
