You can't manage what you don't measure. I track: Customer acquisition cost. Lifetime value. Conversion rates at each stage. Churn rate. Revenue per hour. These metrics tell me exactly where to delegate next. Data drives decisions, not emotions.
Step 3: Build Your Revenue Engine
Most founders don't systematize revenue generation. I use: Tripwire offer ($9-$27) → Email sequence → Mid-ticket offer ($97-$297) → High-ticket consultation ($997-$5K). Automated. Once it's built, it runs on its own. You just optimize.
