I have purchased Philips Steam iron DST0830/20 1250W BLU | SOA119366094053-20-11-24.15 days its notworking (under warranty) & have raised several complaints.also visited the Prabhadevi outlet,still nothing is happening.its really very very pathetic.

How much more time u want me to wait? its been 22 days.There is any clarity what the issue is im delaying.According to the law of the land,if u r not able to resolve then u have to replace it with new.

@cromaretail Today is the 22nd day...its just a philips iron waiting for croma to provide warranty what it comitted while selling.i just wonder how poor support u must be providing to ur customers?i need specific timeline before my warranty expires.
