@howiage I think, until my pre-op appointment, I'll keep up with the excersises and see if there's any significant improvement and make a decision from there.

Mines similar and I also have pain at rest. I'm trying to use that as a gauge to see if the strengthening excersises are helping or not. Some days definitely feel better than others but my big concern is long term damage.
