@dunkindonuts after getting my order but waiting over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me to ask for a drink tray is a bit much.
I did get to hear about horrible customers in the drive from the employees conversations while I waited so, that was nice.

@MafiaMasshole Hi. I see and understand what you typed and what I was able to see. When I look at the image I can see it and read it. I do not see a movie nor can I get the image to become a video. This is obviously incorrect. My understanding is that this is a video.
What am I doing wrong?

@GrantSmithEllis by the normals especially since we used their own rules as guidelines.
In short, they have no choice assuming we are right and we are right and can prove under their rules, which is a moving target.

You may know thus already, well keep adjusting.... you'll get there.

Ok... wash and repeat, wash and repeat until they agree or, and this even better, they are forced to agree and if the continue to disagree, they will be seen as unreasonable, a dick if you will 13/x
